The last two weeks of August were lovely. Exactly what I needed before starting my degree. They were filled with this, from Montana to Washington to Oregon:
you can KIND of see a whale…
my beautiful sea, oh how I miss you
San Juan Island, WA
Moran State Park, Orcas Island, WA
how cute is he??
Pike Place Market, Seattle
The Oregon Coast!
Cousin. And other family.
Road tripping. In a car that works.
Likely it was the best precursor to graduate school ever. Obviously. 🙂
Today marks six years. SIX YEARS. Let’s take a look back…
Some things certainly haven’t changed.
(And thankfully, some things have. No, that hair color was NOT just for a Halloween costume…)
Happy Anniversary, E! I love you!
In case y’all haven’t heard, I’ve FINISHED my AmeriCorps hours (more on that later) and started my MASTER’S degree at the University of Denver.
I also just returned from an AWESOME vacation. FINALLY, some TRAVELING.
And now, for your viewing pleasure, and lovely new quirk I’ve developed while taking photos over the last year…
this was over a year ago. so it’s not quite the fully formed claw…
it’s almost cute here!
CAN YOU SPOT THE CLAW?
Can you tell I’m never been able to rub my stomach and pat my head? I can’t take a picture with one hand, either.
I take a lot of pictures of myself. Luckily, I am never really alone, because I have The Claw. A true friend that never goes away and subconciously appears before you even know it’s there.
